About Hampton Ridge Farm
Hampton Ridge Farm is a pick your own raspberry farm at Little Hampton in the Macedon Ranges, just outside Trentham, run as a small family operation alongside a rentable off grid tiny home called Brooker.
The raspberry patch opens for picking through summer, roughly late December to early February, with exact opening and closing dates depending on the crop and announced on the farm's Instagram each year. No bookings are needed: visitors walk in, taste a few berries in the patch, then have what they pick weighed and paid for on the way out at $30 per kilogram. EFTPOS facilities are available on site.
The farm has plenty of parking and a shaded picnic area in the berry patch with a few tables and chairs, though visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic rug. Dogs are welcome on a lead. Opening hours during the season are 9:30am to 1:30pm, and days can vary, so checking the farm's Instagram before visiting is worthwhile. Outside the raspberry season, the property's tiny home stay is available to rent.
