About Avonsleigh Berries

Avonsleigh Berries is a family run blueberry and sour cherry farm in Avonsleigh in the Dandenong Ranges, established in 1980 by the Edlinger family and now run by Harald and Martine Edlinger. The farm grows its fruit without pesticides and offers pick your own blueberries and sour cherries direct from the bushes and trees.

Fresh fruit is generally available from early December to mid February, with u-pick picking starting around 27 December each year and continuing until the crop is sold out. Booking is essential for u-pick visits, arranged by phone at least a few days to a week ahead, or through the booking request form on the farm's website. The farm can also be contacted directly through Harald or Martine's mobile numbers listed on the site. Opening hours, prices and payment methods are not published and are confirmed at time of booking, so visitors should call ahead before making the trip out to Avonsleigh.
