At the last confirmed season, farms here charged $50 (4ft) up to $250+ (10ft and over), sized and priced on the day, $65 for a 4ft tree up to $200 for a 10ft tree (most recent price list); larger trees priced on application, $30 up to 3ft; about $10 per foot beyond that, e.g. around $40 for 3-4ft and $50 for 4-5ft and $70 to $400 depending on tree height. Prices change during the season, so check with the farm before you travel.
