About Thistleberry Farm
Thistleberry Farm is a family run pick your own blueberry farm at 35 Williams Lane, Scotsburn, in the hills outside Ballarat. The farm grows spray free blueberries and offers both pre-picked punnets and pick your own from the farm gate.
The picking season runs from December through to March each year. As at August 2026 the farm has closed for the 2025/26 season and is set to reopen in December 2026.
In a recent season no booking was required, with a minimum pick of 1kg per car park, and everything needed for picking was supplied on arrival. Cold drinks and iceblocks were available for sale, along with outdoor games for children. Opening hours vary through the season, so it is worth checking the farm's Facebook or Instagram pages before visiting.
