About Sunshine Coast Christmas Tree Farm
Sunshine Coast Christmas Tree Farm grows real cut and potted Christmas trees at Beerburrum, in the Glasshouse Mountains, and has offered a cut your own harvest since starting in December 2023. Visitors roam the tree fields to pick out their tree, then farm staff cut it and take it to be netted for the trip home.
The 2026 cut your own harvest runs from Monday 30 November to Sunday 20 December, by booked time slot, with a $50 deposit required when booking. Trees for 2026 are priced at $125 for a 5 foot tree up to $185 for an 8 foot tree. Outside the cutting window, the farm also sells potted Christmas trees Thursday to Tuesday, 7am to 11.30am and 1pm to 5pm, closed Wednesdays.
Visitors are asked to wear closed in shoes and bring a hat for the paddock walk. Dogs are not permitted on the property. Bookings are made online through the farm's website, which also lists tree stands and other accessories for sale on the day.
