About Harrisville Orchards
Harrisville Orchards is a family orchard at 72 Harris Road, Lenswood, in the Adelaide Hills, growing Fuji, Granny Smith and Royal Gala apples alongside cherries. The farm describes itself as the only commercial grower in the Adelaide Hills offering pick your own for both apples and cherries when each is in season, as well as hand picked fruit sold chilled in gift packs and non alcoholic apple and cherry juice. The orchard has won champion apples at the Royal Adelaide Show for more than 20 years running. Rather than fixed opening days, the property operates by appointment, and visitors are asked to phone ahead to arrange a pick your own visit and to check the farm's Facebook and Instagram pages for current season updates, since exact dates and pricing were not published on the website at the time of writing. Apples and cherries are also available at the shed door without pre-booking a picking session, subject to what is currently in stock.
